As a staff member of the international citizen action group RESULTS, Gwen coached and trained volunteer political advocates world-wide in the movement to end poverty for over a decade. She was trained by and worked alongside visionary leaders Muhammad Yunus (RESULTS Board Member, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Founder of Grameen Bank), Sam Daley-Harris (Founder of RESULTS and The Microcredit Summit Campaign), Lynn McMullen (RESULTS Executive Director, then Peace Alliance Executive Director), and Marshall Saunders (RESULTS Group Leader, then Founder of the Citizens Climate Lobby.)

As president of HighLife Unlimited, Gwen has empowered community leaders and the success of community efforts for over 15 years.  She helps people to create effective partnerships and working relationships for breakthroughs in service to ecological and social sustainability for a thriving world.

HighLife Unlimited embodies Gwen’s stand for the capacity of people to transform the world as they personally become more powerful expressions of love, service and wholeness in their own lives and as leaders. She is her own greatest experiment, as a community organizer, meditator and devoted adventurer in human potential and healing for 25 years.

Gwen is a graduate of Williams College and holds an M.A. in Community Leadership from Regis University.  She is also intrepid single mom to Emmet, 5, and Suzannah, 4. HighLife Unlimited dedicates a portion of its profits to support a world where the dignity and safety of all our children receive our highest attention.
